Social Responsibility

Caima is directly or indirectly responsible for creating about 500 permanent job positions, of which approximately 190 belong to its own employees. The company relies on a highly qualified and increasingly young workforce and continuously invests in the training of its employees, regularly promoting internal or external training programs.


Caima has a social support and community integration policy, contributing to the education of young people of school age by regularly providing professional and curricular internships at its facilities. Partnerships with institutional entities or other companies, as well as agreements with secondary and higher education institutions, form the basis of several successful partnerships.
